Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the OsageMD platform (the "Platform"), operated by Osage Capital ("Osage," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the Platform.

1. Authorized access only

The Platform is a private system provided for the exclusive use of authorized users for legitimate business purposes. Access is granted at our discretion and may be modified or revoked at any time. Any unauthorized access, use, or attempted access is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

2. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share credentials, allow others to use your account, or access the Platform using another user's credentials. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) access data you are not authorized to view; (b) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; (d) copy, export, or disclose data except as authorized; or (e) use the Platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

4. Confidential and proprietary information

The Platform and all information contained within it, including case, lien, provider, and client data, are confidential and the proprietary property of Osage Capital or its partners. You may access and use such information solely as necessary to perform your authorized responsibilities, and you must protect it from unauthorized disclosure.

5. Intellectual property

All software, design, content, and trademarks associated with the Platform are owned by Osage Capital or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Platform as authorized.

6. Monitoring

To protect the security and integrity of the Platform, all activity may be monitored, recorded, and audited. By using the Platform, you consent to such monitoring.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Osage Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
