Protecting the confidentiality and integrity of the information entrusted to the OsageMD platform (the "Platform") is a core priority. This page summarizes the safeguards we maintain.

Encryption

Data transmitted between your browser and the Platform is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS. Sensitive data is protected at rest using established encryption practices.

Access controls

Access to the Platform is restricted to authorized users and governed by role-based permissions, so users can reach only the information appropriate to their responsibilities. Credentials are stored using secure, one-way hashing.

Monitoring and auditing

Activity on the Platform is logged, monitored, and auditable. We review access and usage to detect and respond to unauthorized or suspicious activity.

• Keep your credentials confidential and never share your account.
• Use a strong, unique password and sign out of shared devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorized access or security concern promptly.
